Returns 

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase however if you have any queries, you wish to return an item or if the good you receive are damaged in any way, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund.

You must notify us, within 7 days from receipt of the goods, in writing by email to customerservice@ayobeauty.com, and once this has been accepted by us you can then post the goods back to us, at your own cost. Just apply the pre-addressed return label on to the environmentally friendly 100% degradable and re-usable mailing bag.  

Once the goods have been received by us, in the condition they were delivered to you, are unused and in its original packaging, any sum debited to us from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.

If you return the goods delivered to you but do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.

We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.
